Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom in collaboration with Eighting. It is an updated version of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. The game features characters from both Capcom's video game franchises and comic book series published by Marvel Comics.
It's been a long time since I punched Galactus in the face. In fact, I remember the last time that I did. It was the summer 2014, just days before I tossed my Xbox 360 in the trash. I never expected to play Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 ever again, as the universe-mashing video game graced consoles, not the PC platform that I had just migrated to with glee. Now, three years later, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a $24.99 PC game that brings all of its oddball characters, wild gameplay, and captivating comic book-inspired visual aesthetic to the Windows platform. However, I could definitely do without the infinite combos and dead online multiplayer scene.
Make Mine Marvel (and Capcom)
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is the update to Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, a fighting game that pits both popular and semi-obscure Marvel superheroes against Capcom's equally freaky video game characters. There are 48 characters to choose from, which make Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3's roster nearly as hefty as The King of Fighters XIII's 50-fighter lineup.
